摘　　要：本文聚焦中等城市制造业产业发展,从市场占有情况、盈利能力、发展潜力和竞争环境四个方面分别选择了影响产业竞争力的相关指标,用指数化处理方法对指标进行无量纲化处理,用德尔菲法确定评价指标分值分配,形成了指标评价体系。运用指标评价体系,对中等城市制造业领域的各细分产业进行评价分析,划分出现有优势产业、潜在优势产业、未来优势产业,并选取典型城市机器人产业进行试评价。Focusing on the development of manufacturing industry in medium-sized cities,this paper selects the relevant indicators affecting industrial competitiveness from the four aspects of market share,profitability,development potential and competitive environment,uses the exponential processing method to deal with the indicators dimensionless,and uses the Delphi method to determine the score distribution of evaluation indicators,forming an evaluation index system.Using the evaluation index system,this paper evaluates and analyzes the subdivided industries in the manufacturing field of medium-sized cities,divides the existing advantageous industries,potential advantageous industries and future advantageous industries,and selects typical urban robot industries for trial evaluation.
