摘　　要：本文提出了螺母外形设计的方向及一些方法,给出了在保证螺母基本强度下的最小有效旋合长度的简化算法;根据螺母受力特点建立了螺母对边设计的力学模型;对力学模型提供了图解法、解析法及数值解法。通过几个实例充分验证了模型的解与CAE分析的对应关系。In this paper,the direction and some methods of nut shape design are proposed,and a simplified algorithm of minimum effective Screwing Length under ensuring the basic strength of nut is given;According to the stress characteristics of nut,the mechanical model of nut opposite edge design is established;Graphical method,analytical method and numerical solution are provided for the mechanical model.The corresponding relationship between the solution of the model and CAE analysis is fully verified by several examples.
