摘 要:涂镀层厚度是钢铁基体上的含锌涂镀层耐腐蚀性能的一项重要表征。准确测量涂镀层厚度至关重要。目前,常用的涂镀层测试方法有:金相显微镜测试法、磁性测厚仪测试法、涂覆量测试法(称重法)。本文针对这三种测试方法,在热浸锌镀层及无铬锌铝涂层上进行了比较测试验证。经过比较,三种测试方法的结果趋于一致。对于镀层厚度大于45μm的热浸锌层,磁性测厚仪测试法相对金相显微镜测试法的结果偏差小于5%,因此采用磁性测厚仪测试法可满足热浸锌层日常大量、快速检测要求;对于涂层厚度(6~20)μm左右的GEOMET锌铝涂层,可将磁性测厚仪测试法与涂覆量测试法(称重法)相结合,通过两者测试结果互相佐证,来满足日常快速检测需求。Coating thickness is an important characterization of corrosion resistance of zinc coating on steel substrate.Accurate measurement of coating thickness is very important.At present,the commonly used coating thickness test methods are:metallographic microscope test method,magnetic thickness gauge test method,coating weight test method.In this paper,the application of these three testing methods in hot-dip galvanized coating and GEOMET is discussed.The application of the coating is verified by comparative test.The results of the three test methods tend to be consistent.The thickness of hot-dip galvanized coating is usually more than 45μm.Compared with microscope method,the result deviation of magnetic thickness gauge is less than 5%.The magnetic method can meet the requirements of daily large-scale and rapid detection of hot-dip galvanized coating;However,the coating thickness of GEOMET is usually 6-20μm.The magnetic test method and coating weight test method can be combined,and the test results of the two methods can prove each other,so as to meet the needs of daily rapid detection.
