摘 要:螺栓连接副扭矩系数检测结果客观准确性受很多因素影响,数据采集系统的同步性与采样速率对于螺栓扭矩系数测定结果的影响缺少研究。本文给出了一种判别数据同步性的方法,分别计算了不同的同步性和采样速率下,螺栓扭矩系数测定结果的差异性。结果表明,当轴力测量数据每滞后0.1s,扭矩系数结果偏大约3%;当扭矩测量数据每滞后0.1s,扭矩系数结果偏小约2%;采样速率越高,得到的扭矩系数结果越精确。因此,构建一套各通道数据同步性好和采样速率足够高的高可靠性数据采集系统,是准确测量扭矩系数的重要保证。The objective accuracy of bolt assembly torque coefficient measurement results is affected by many factors.The influence of the synchronization and sampling rate of data acquisition system on the measurement results of bolt torque coefficient is lack of research.This paper presents a method to judge the data synchronization,and analyzes the differences of bolt torque coefficient under different synchronization and sampling rate.The results show that when the measured data of axial force lag 0.1s,the torque coefficient is largened about 3%;When the torque measurement data lag 0.1s,the torque coefficient is lessened about 2%;The higher the sampling rate,the more accurate the torque coefficient result is.Building a high reliability data acquisition system with good data synchronization and high sampling rate is an important guarantee for accurate measurement of torque coefficient.
