摘　　要：目的:探讨医院-社区-家庭三元联动延续护理模式对食管癌术后患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法:将108例食管癌根治术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各54例;对照组按常规护理方法给予传统出院指导,观察组在对照组基础上给予为期3个月的医院-社区-家庭三元联动延续护理服务;比较两组3个月后遵医行为与生活质量[采用癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)]。结果:干预3个月后,观察组遵医行为依从率、QLQ-C30总分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:医院-社区-家庭三元联动延续护理模式可改善患者遵医行为,提高患者术后生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of continuing nursing model based on hospital-community-family communication and interaction compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer after operation.Methods:A total of 108 patients with esophageal cancer radical were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 54 case in each group.The control group according to the conventional nursing method was given traditional discharge guidance,the observation group on the basis of the control group was given a three-month hospital-community-family ternary linkage continuing nursing service;Comparison was made between the two groups after 3 months on the compliasnce behavior and quality of life by cancer patients quality of life determination scale(QLQ-C30).Results:After 3 months of intervention,the medical behavior compliance rate and QLQ-C30 total scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The continuing nursing model based on hospital-community-family communication and interaction can improve the compliance behavior in patients,and improve their quality of life after operation.
