摘　　要：目的:探讨基于自动化护理管理系统的医联体-家庭签约模式在缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者回访工作中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2019年5月1日~2020年5月31日威海市中心医院神经内科收治的90例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照患者住院时间分为观察组和对照组各45例;对照组使用常规回访方式,观察组使用基于自动化护理管理系统的医联体-家庭签约模式回访方式;比较两组出院后用药依从性、运动功能评分、生活质量评分。结果:出院1、3、6个月,观察组用药依从性、运动功能评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:将基于自动化护理管理系统的医联体-家庭签约模式应用于缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者回访工作中,可以提高患者治疗依从性,改善患者运动功能,提升患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of the medical combination-family contract mode based on the automation nursing management system in follow-up among ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 90 cases of ischemic cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients were selected by the convenient sampling method admitted in neurology department of Weihai city central hospital during May 1,2019 to May 31,2020 as the research objects,according to their hospital stay were divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group used conventional follow-up method,the observation group used the medical combination-family contract mode based on the automation nursing management system in follow-up.Comparison was made between the two groups after discharge on medication adherence,motor function scores and quality of life scores.Results:In 1,3,6 months after discharge,the medication adherence,motor function scores and quality of life scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of the medical combination-family contract mode based on the automation nursing management system in follow-up among ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia can improve the patients'treatment compliance,improve their motor functions,and improve their quality of life.
