摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定虎力散片中三七皂苷R_(1)、人参皂苷Rg_(1)和Rb_(1)的含量。方法:采用CAPCELL PAK C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相A为乙腈,流动相B为水,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温30 ℃,检测波长203 nm。结果:三七皂苷R_(1)、人参皂苷Rg_(1)和Rb_(1)线性范围分别为0.095~1.428 μg(r=0.999 9)、0.326~4.896 μg(r=1.000 0)、0.307~4.611 μg(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率分别为98.16%(RSD=1.07%)、99.58%(RSD=0.44%)、99.73%(RSD=0.47%)。结论:该方法结果准确、精密度和重复性好,可用于虎力散片的质量控制。Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of notoginsenoside R_(1)、ginsenosides Rg_(1)and Rb_(1)in Hulisan tablets.Methods:The CAPCELL PAK C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile (A)-waters (B) with gradient elution,at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was at 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 203 nm.Results:The linear rogression equation of notoginsenoside R_(1)、ginsenosides Rg_(1)and Rb_(1)was linear in the comcentration range of 0.095~1.428 μg (r=0.999 9),0.326~4.896 μg (r=1.000 0) and 0.307~4.611μg (r=0.999 9).The average recovery seperately was 98.16% (RSD=1.07%),99.58% (RSD=0.44%) and 99.73% (RSD=0.47%).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Hulisan tablets.
