摘 要:目的:建立土家族药物白三七的鉴别方法。方法:分别采用分子鉴定,薄层鉴别和液相鉴别方法,对白三七样品进行研究。结果:14批白三七样品在性状上高度相似,通过构建系统发育树分析,DNA条形码鉴定方法能够鉴别真伪,并能够在种水平上将白三七与其他人参属植物进行区分;薄层色谱方法和高效液相色谱法均能有效地鉴别白三七与其混伪品,而且分离较好,具有较强的特异性。结论:建立了系列方法,均可用于白三七的鉴别,分子鉴定方法准确,能同时鉴定混伪品,并为近缘种易混药材的鉴定提供参考;薄层色谱和液相色谱法操作简便,适用性较好,能初步判断主要成分的含量,可根据实际条件进行选择鉴别方法。Objective:To establish a method for the identification of Tujia ethnomedicine bai san qi.Methods:DNA barcode technology,TLC identification and HPLC identification methods were used to study the samples of bai san qi,respectively.Results:The 14 batches of bai san qi samples were highly similar indescription,and the DNA barcode identification method was able to identify the authenticity and distinguish bai san qi from other panax plants at the species level by constructing a phylogenetic tree analysis;both the TLC identification method and the HPLC method were effective in identifying bai san qi from its forgeries,and the separation was good with strong specificity.Conclusion:A series of methods were established,all of which can be used for the identification of bai san qi.The molecular identification methods are accurate and can simultaneously identify the mixed fakes and provide reference for the identification of the related species;the TLC and HPLC methods are easy to operate,have good applicability and can initially determine the content of the main components,meanwhile the identification methods can be selected according to the actual conditions.
