摘  要:研制的焊丝能否在核能系统中应用于热交换设备的焊接,主要取决于它们可靠性能和是否满足严格的要求和规范。文章讨论了利用真空感应炉实现有高氧低氮和低氧高氮含量要求的超纯度焊丝冶炼的热力学条件和可能实现的方法。讨论利用温度、氮的分压以及其他动力学因素,来改变氮在钢中溶解度和氧的平衡浓度,实现了在没有高压熔炼设备的情况下工业化制造高氮,高氧钢,特别是实现了高纯度的高氧,高氮钢的制造。whether the developed welding wires can be applied to the welding of heat exchange equipment in nu⁃clear power system mainly depends on their reliable performance and whether they meet strict requirements and spec⁃ifications.This paper discusses the thermodynamic conditions and possible methods of smelting ultra-purity welding wire with high oxygen,low nitrogen and low oxygen and high nitrogen content in vacuum induction furnace,as well as the use of temperature,nitrogen partial pressure and other kinetic factors to change the solubility of nitrogen in steel and the equilibrium concentration of oxygen,so as to realize the industrialized production of high nitrogen and high oxygen steel without high-pressure melting equipment,especially this kind of steel of high-purity.
