摘 要:本文通过研究两种不同轧制工艺对SCM435球化前和球化后组织和性能的影响,说明热机轧制有利于提高SCM435的抗拉强度和屈服强度;采用4小时的球化工艺1^(#)和2^(#)轧制工艺样球化组织均为4级;采用5小时的球化工艺1^(#)工艺样组织为4级,2#工艺样组织为5级;采用6小时球化工艺1^(#)工艺样组织为5级,2^(#)艺样组织为6级,说明保温时间延长有利于提高球化级别,采用热机轧制完全可以缩短SCM435球化的时间,提高球化效率。The effect of two different rolling processes on the microstructure and properties before and after spheroidizing is studied in this paper.It proves that thermal-mechanical rolling is conductive to improving the tensile strength and yield strength of SCM435 steel.The sample spheroidized structure of 1^(#)rolling process and 2^(#)rolling process are both 4 grade by adopting 4hour spheroidizing process.The sample spheroidized structure of 1^(#)rolling process is 4 grade,but the 2^(#)is 5 grade by adopting 5hour spheroidizing process.The sample spheroidized structure of 1^(#)rolling process is 5 grade and the 2#is 6 grade by adopting 6-hour spheroidizing process.It means that the prolonged holding time is conductive to improving the spheroidized structure level.It can completely shorten the spheroidization time of SCM435 steel and improve the spheroidization efficiency.
