摘　　要：针对4.8级螺母用ML08Al冷镦性能差、易产生冷镦开裂问题,本文通过对化学成分、表面质量、硬度、氧化铁皮厚度、晶粒度带状偏析、组织结构检测分析,对比分析确定提高冷镦性能的控制方向。In view of the poor cold heading performance and easy cold heading cracking of ML08Al for grade 4.8 nuts,the control direction to improve the cold heading performance is determined through the detection and analysis of chemical composition,surface quality,hardness,iron oxide scale thickness,grain size,banded segregation and mi-crostructure。
