摘　　要：洛氏硬度试验作为能直观反映钢产品强度高低的试验,在取样受限的情况下具有极大的优势,为了规范硬度试验过程,精准控制过程步骤时间,准确报出硬度值,用摄像头拍摄视频流自动判断试验开始,自动计时并通过音响进行分步语音提示,实现了操作过程统一化和标准化。As a test that can directly reflect the strength of steel products,Rockwell scale has great advantages under the condition of limited sampling.In order to standardize the hardness test process,precisely control the step time of the process and accurately report the hardness value,the experiment of automatic judging video stream by camera is started,and the operation process is unified and standardized by automatic timing and step-by-step voice prompt through sound.
