摘 要:1995年和2005年,我国发生了两起尿塔(尿素合成塔)的重大爆破事件。分析计算了物料在尿塔内发生化学爆炸的可能性,对比了实际尿塔爆炸事故的危害程度。结果表明,当尿塔没有严重缺陷时,尿塔内物料化学爆炸产生的能量不足以引起尿塔爆炸,进而对周围的建筑物造成严重破坏。因此,造成尿塔爆炸的原因是塔体制造缺陷严重或应力腐蚀严重开裂,导致塔体严重破裂,引起物料爆破事故。In 1995 and 2005,two major blasting incidents of urea towers(urea synthesis towers)occurred in my country.The possibility of chemical explosion of the material in the urine tower was analyzed and calculated,and the hazard degree of the actual explosion accident of the urine tower was compared.The results show that when the urine tower has no serious defects,the energy generated by the chemical explosion of the material in the urine tower is not enough to cause the urine tower to explode and cause serious damage to the surrounding buildings.Therefore,the author believes that the cause of the explosion of the urine tower is the serious manufacturing defect of the tower body or the serious cracking of the stress corrosion,which leads to the serious rupture of the tower body and causes the material blasting accident.
