摘　　要：以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为基体,聚磷酸铵(APP)、膨胀石墨(EG)、三聚氰胺为复配膨胀型阻燃体系,以正交的方法设计实验;将不同配比的阻燃剂加入EPDM中,经过塑炼和硫化成型制样,并测试试样的氧指数和拉伸性能。测试结果表明:复配阻燃体系对EPDM有较好的阻燃效果,且拉伸强度的降低幅度较小;聚磷酸铵、膨胀石墨、三聚氰胺的最佳配比为25∶25∶15。Intumescent flame retarded ethylene propylene diene monolner(EPDM)composites were prepared by adding ammonium polyphosphate(APP)and expandable graphite(EG)and melamine as flame retardants.The experiments were designed by orthogonal method,in order to get better results.The oxygen index and tensile strength of the splines were measured after mixed and vulcanized.The results showed that:the composite flame retardant system had good flame retardant effect on EPDM,and the reduction of tensile strength was less.The optimum ratio of ammonium polyphosphate,expanded graphite and melamine was 25∶25∶15.
