摘 要:随着我国化工行业领域的发展,机械设备作为其中的重要组成部分,在长期的运行状态下承担着高强度的工作任务,由此产生各种各样的故障问题,轻则给机械设备的生产效率和使用寿命带来负面影响,重则造成人员伤亡事故。虽然工作人员会利用监测仪器对机械设备的运行状态进行监测,但在监测过程中难免会因各种因素的影响导致监测结果出现问题或者错误。为了保证化工机械设备正常运行,安全评价工作中模糊方法的应用显得尤为重要。结合实例,详细探讨了安全评价方法与模糊推理方法在化工机械设备运行安全评价工作中的应用。With the development of my country’s chemical industry,machinery and equipment,as an important part of it,undertake high-intensity work tasks under long-term operation.From this,various failure problems will follow,and lighter It will have a negative impact on the production efficiency and service life of mechanical equipment,and in particular,cause casualties.Although the staff will use monitoring instruments to monitor the operating status of mechanical equipment,it is inevitable that the monitoring results will have problems or errors due to the influence of various factors during the monitoring process.In order to ensure the normal operation of chemical machinery and equipment,the application of fuzzy methods in safety evaluation is particularly important.Combining examples,the article discusses in detail the application of safety evaluation methods and fuzzy inference methods in the safety evaluation of the operation of chemical machinery and equipment.
