摘  要:设计了一套气力输送试验台,对三种废弃离子交换树脂的气力输送特性进行了实验研究。结果表明:在相同的输送速度条件下,随着温度的升高,三种废弃离子交换树脂输送阻力均呈降低的趋势。但提高输送空气温度,会导致空气加热电耗增加,建议空气温升为100~150℃。输送阴树脂系统阻力最大,混床树脂次之,阳树脂阻力最小。A set of pneumatic transmission test bench was designed to study the pneumatic transmission characteristics of three waste ion exchange resins.The results showed that the transmission resistance of all three waste ion exchange resins decreased,when the temperature was increasing.However,increasing the conveying air temperature will lead to an increase in air heating and power consumption.It was recommended that the air temperature was risen to 100-150℃.Transmission of anion exchange resin has maximum resistance,followed by mixed bed resin and cation exchange resin.
