摘 要:聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜是一种新型高分子材料分离膜,具有优异的化学稳定性、高通量、高分离率和高填充性密度,在水处理行业越来越普遍应用。运用原位超声波辅助接枝技术在PVDF膜的表面上接枝含有环氧基团的GMA,将其作为空纤维膜的中间层,再通过氨基将环氧基团诱导出来,促使其产生开环反应,然后在PVDF膜的表面接枝苏氨酸(Thr),从而制备出PVDF-g-GMA-Thr膜。讨论了非溶剂致相分离法制备PVDF膜的相分离原理、制备过程中各影响因素对膜结构以及对PVDF膜表面的化学成分、外观、亲水性、渗透性和防污性能的影响,制备了超亲水PVDF膜。Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)hollow fiber membrane is a new type of polymer material separation membrane with excellent chemical stability,high flux,high separation rate and high packing density,and it is becoming more and more common in the water treatment industry application.Using in-situ ultrasonic-assisted grafting technology to graft GMA containing epoxy groups on the surface of the PVDF membrane,use it as the middle layer of the hollow fiber membrane,and then induce the epoxy groups through amino groups to promote ring opening After reaction,threonine(Thr)is grafted onto the surface of PVDF membrane to prepare PVDF-g-GMA-Thr membrane.This article discusses the phase separation principle of PVDF membrane prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation,the influence of various factors in the preparation process on the membrane structure and the chemical composition,appearance,hydrophilicity,permeability and antifouling performance of the PVDF membrane surface.A super-hydrophilic PVDF membrane was prepared.
