摘　　要：建设项目环境影响评价报告是实现项目建设效益、落实环境保护措施、降低能源消耗的重要前置。基于建设项目环境影响评价报告现状,对存在的问题进行了深入剖析,探讨了提升环境影响评价报告编制质量的途径。The environmental impact assessment report of construction projects is an important prerequisite for realizing project construction benefits and implementing environmental protection measures to reduce energy consumption.Based on the status quo of the environmental impact assessment report of construction projects,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the existing problems,and explores ways to improve the quality of the compilation of the environmental impact assessment report.
