摘  要:在煤矿产品生产制造过程中,会排出大量矿井水,并于水岩相互作用的影响下形成矿井污水。此类矿井污水氟含量相对较高,未经除氟处理前被利用,或排入地下,会导致饮用主体患病,或造成地下水污染。因此,以矿井污水作为研究对象,探讨与其相关的氟化物处理与分析问题。首先,概述了氟化物处理工艺。其次,结合某矿井污水氟化物处理项目,介绍了矿井污水处理工艺,剖析了新增除氟工艺。最后,在分析活性氧化铝除氟滤池设计与滤料再生系统设计后,对全文进行了总结。During the production and manufacture of coal products,a large amount of mine water will be discharged,and mine sewage will be formed under the influence of the interaction of water and rock.This kind of mine sewage has a relatively high fluorine concentration,and it is used before defluorination treatment or discharged into the ground,which will cause the drinking body to become ill or cause groundwater pollution.Therefore,this article takes mine sewage as the research object to discuss the related fluoride treatment and analysis issues.First,the fluoride treatment process is outlined.Secondly,combined with a mine wastewater fluoride treatment project,the mine wastewater treatment process was introduced,and the newly added fluoride removal process was analyzed.Finally,after analyzing the design of activated alumina defluoride filter and the design of filter regeneration system,the full text is summarized.
