摘　　要：电网增容、铁塔升高、“三跨”区段、线路开口搭接以及自然灾害造成应急抢修工程,需对服役输电线路进行区段性改造,直线塔悬垂串制作过轮临锚施工极为普遍,传统施工方法需拆除导线间隔棒,将其悬垂附件更换放线滑车,工序较为繁琐、耗时较长、拆装工艺不统一。为了在不更换放线滑车、拆除间隔棒的情况下制作直线塔悬垂过轮临锚,考虑到导线分裂数不等,结合多分裂导线子线分裂间距,研制一种多分裂导线过轮临锚绳制作专用托架。并在750 kV公官线路技改项目中首次应用,替代了传统过轮临锚制作方式,在保证安全的同时提高了施工效率,缩短了时间,统一了工艺。Power grid capacity increase,tower elevation,“three-span”section,line opening overlap,and natural disasters caused emergency repair projects.Sectional transformation of active transmission lines is required,and linear tower suspension strings are used for wheel and anchor construction.It is extremely common.The traditional construction method needs to remove the wire spacer and replace its hanging accessories with the pay-off pulley.The process is cumbersome,time-consuming,and the disassembly and assembly process is not uniform.In order to make the straight line tower overhanging the wheel and anchor without replacing the wire-paying tackle and removing the spacers,considering the number of wire splits and combining the split spacing of the multi-split conductor sub-line,a multi-split wire with the wheel and anchor is developed Special bracket for rope making.It was applied for the first time in the 750 kV Gong Guan line technical transformation project,replacing the traditional method of making the wheel and anchoring,while ensuring safety,improving the construction efficiency,shortening the time,and unifying the process.
