摘  要:为实现可展天线日益增加的功能需求,针对天线反射面精度、收纳率、轻量化等重要指标,设计了一种基于无源驱动的可展开中型口径反射面天线结构。首先通过ABAQUS软件对可展反射面的结构形式进行了选型设计;然后通过中心弹簧蓄能驱动机构设计及中心体保持架等组件的结构设计,实现天线反射面的无源展开;经由总体刚度计算,保证组装体抗力学环境设计满足要求;最后制成原理样机,总重仅为26 kg,天线展开口径为2200 mm,收拢包络直径为500 mm,收纳率为22.7%。经试验验证:反射面精度RMS≤0.5 mm,精度稳定。To meet the increasing functional requirements of the deployable antenna,a design scheme for the deployable medium aperture reflector antenna based on passive drive was proposed focusing the important indexes of the deployable antenna such as the reflector precision,storage ratio and lightweight.First,the structure of the deployable reflector was designed with ABAQUS software.Then the passive deployment of the antenna reflector was realized through the mechanism design of central spring energy storage drive and the structure design of central body holding frame and remaining components.The numerical calculation of the deployable reflector antenna stiffness showed that the resistance environment design of the assembly could meet the requirements.Finally,a 26 kg prototype was manufactured.The spread aperture of the reflective surface was 2200 mm,the diameter after folding was 500 mm,and the storage ratio was 22.7%.The verification test showed that the reflector surface RM'S error was less than 0.5 mm and the precision was stable.
