摘  要:盾构隧道施工过程中若注浆参数选择不合理,将导致地表及周围建筑物发生坍塌和沉降,严重影响城市交通。以太原地铁2号线某区间盾构隧道施工为依托,结合工程施工资料和数值模拟软件,研究注浆比例系数、注浆压力和浆液弹性模量对地表沉降的影响规律,并对注浆参数进行优化、评价及应用。研究结果表明:地表沉降随着注浆比例系数和注浆压力的增加而减小,随浆液弹性模量的增加无明显变化;优化后的合理注浆比例系数为1.7、注浆压力为0.3 MPa;首次引入斜率评价法客观评价注浆参数对地表沉降的影响因次,得出注浆压力、注浆比例系数和浆液弹性模量的影响系数分别为1.53、1.05、0.48。优化参数工程应用后,盾尾空隙实测填充率达到91.3%,浆液固结体强度高于6 MPa,地表沉降量控制在20 mm以内,符合工程标准。If the selection of grouting parameters is unreasonable during the construction of the shield tunnel,it will lead to the collapse and settlement of the surface and surrounding buildings,which will seriously affect the urban traffic.Based on the construction of a shield tunnel in the section of Taiyuan Metro Line 2,combined with engineering construction data and numerical simulation software,the influence of grouting proportional coefficient,grouting pressure and slurry elastic modulus on the ground settlement was studied,and the grouting parameters perform optimization,evaluation and application.The results of the study show that the surface settlement decreases with the increase of the grouting proportional coefficient and the grouting pressure,and there is no obvious change with the increase of the elastic modulus of the slurry.The optimized reasonable grouting proportional coefficient is 1.7 and the grouting pressure is 0.3 MPa.The slope evaluation method was first introduced to objectively evaluate the influence of grouting parameters on ground settlement,and the influence coefficients of grouting pressure,grouting proportional coefficient and slurry elastic modulus were 1.53,1.05 and 0.48,respectively.After the application of the optimized parameter engineering,the measured filling rate of the shield tail gap reached 91.3%,the strength of the slurry consolidation was higher than 6 MPa,and the surface settlement was controlled within 20 mm,which met the engineering standards.
