摘 要:为促进我国无人机持续、快速地发展,以杭州市萧山区为例,从县域的视角,通过文献查询、调查统计等方法分析萧山区无人机应用绩效与存在问题。在应用绩效上,无人机作业效率分别是背负式机动喷雾机、手动喷雾器的16.22倍、74.6倍;无人机比背负式机动喷雾机可节约农药26.42%;无人机(配汽油发电机)比传统背负式机动喷雾机可以节约汽油37.5%;具有一定的经济效益,年投资回报率为30.16%。但也存在一定的问题,主要为无人机及药剂技术有待改进,部分基部病虫害植保效果差,大部分地区补助比例不高等。基于此,提出加快无人机发展的对策建议。In order to promote the continuous and rapid development of UAV,this paper takes the Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou as an example and analyzes the application performance and statistics.The application performance is 16.22 and 74.6 times of the reverse and manual sprayer,saving 26.42%the pesticide usage.UAVs(with gasoline generators)can save 37.5%gasoline.It has economic benefits with an annual return on investment of 30.16%.However,there are also some improvements in UAV and pharmaceutical technology to be made,including poor plant protection effect of some base pests,low subsidy proportion in most areas,etc.It should pay more attention to UAV development.
