摘  要:主要针对无源驱动的TN、STN液晶显示器的交叉效应问题做进一步的研究,分析当前业内改善交叉效应的常用方法及其不足,通过分析基于像素点阵所等效的阻容低通滤波网络对驱动波形的影响,得出交叉效应在平均电压法下依然无法消除的原因,确定线路电阻与液晶电容所构成的低通滤波网络使得驱动波形发生指数衰减,从而导致驱动波形出现了变形,因而使其有效电压出现差异,这种差异导致了交叉效应的出现。为了解决这种原因导致的交叉效应,提出了多种实用改善对策,主要包括降低像素电容,降低ITO薄膜的方阻,通过薄膜电极图形的线路设计优化降低引线电阻以及提高线路的电阻均匀性。验证结果表明,通过优化ITO薄膜的方阻以及采用薄膜电极图形线路设计优化来降低引线的电阻是合适有效的方法,这些方法可以有针对性地改善由于驱动波形发生指数衰减导致的交叉效应现象,提高了产品显示效果,最终达成满足车载应用的高阶需求。Researching the cross-talk effection of passive driven TN or STN Liquid crystal display(LCD) was mainly focused on analyzing the current general solution and its insufficient reasons. Through analyzing the influence on driving waveform by the equivalent pixel resistance-capacity lowpass network, although some methods have been used to resolve the problem currently, such as the average voltage method, but the cross-talk effection still cannot be eliminated as the driving waveform distortion in a exponential way. In order to solve the cross-talk effection which is still appears when the current methods have been used, several methods were proposed, including by reducing the capacity of pixels and the resistance of ITO films, equalizing and reducing the resistance of conductive lines by pattern optimization designing ways. And by the experimentally results, these methods can effectively settle the cross-talk effection and improve the display performance of passive driven LCD, finally achieved to meet the high level requirements of automotive applications.
