摘 要:针对传统机械型铣齿机结构复杂、传动链长、精度差、速度低,无法满足高速、高精度齿轮加工要求的状况,设计了YKH200数控弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机及迈雷特H218i型数控系统,分析该机关键部件结构,采用有限元方法对数控弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机进行静/动态特性仿真分析,并对关键件立柱进行了拓扑结构优化。结果表明:优化后立柱的静刚度与前2阶固有频率比优化前均有所提高,质量减少7.32%。实践证明,该铣齿机采用常规速度切削加工齿轮时,性能稳定,工作可靠。但高速切削加工齿轮时,某些高速切削的工况仍有可能发生共振情况,需进一步提高整机刚度或采用其他方法进行抑振。为进一步提高整机刚度,实现机床在更高切削速度加工齿轮提供参考依据。In view of the complex structure, long transmission chain, poor precision and low speed of the traditional mechanical gear milling machine, which can not meet the requirements of high-speed and high-precision gear processing, YKH200 CNC spiral bevel gear milling machine and H218i CNC system were designed, and the key component structures of the machine were analyzed. The static/dynamic characteristics of NC spiral bevel gear milling machine were simulated and analyzed by finite element method, and the topological structure of the key part column was optimized. The results show that the static stiffness of the column after optimization is improved compared with the first two natural frequencies, and the mass is reduced by 7.32%. The actual operation results show that the gear milling machine has stable performance and reliable operation when cutting gears at conventional speed. However, when high-speed cutting gears, resonance may still occur under some high-speed cutting conditions. It is necessary to further improve the stiffness of the whole machine or use other methods to suppress vibration. A reference for improving the design is provided, for further improving the stiffness of the whole machine and realizing the machining of gears at higher cutting speed.
