摘  要:轮胎打磨机是轮胎翻新的核心设备,主要负责对废旧胎体进行全方面的打磨,其打磨好坏会直接影响到翻新轮胎的质量。为了有效实现废旧轮胎全方位高效均匀打磨,利用液压传动及UG软件仿真技术,进行了全方位废旧轮胎胎体打磨机结构设计,其中在轮胎夹紧装置处实现了创新,借鉴伞骨张合原理实现对轮胎大小的调节。相比传动打磨机构,设计产品可实现胎体、胎面与胎肩全方位匀速均匀打磨,可有效提高胎体打磨质量和打磨效率,大大减少工人的工作强度,为轮胎翻新企业胎体打磨技术提升和设备创新提供一定的参考。Tire grinding machine is the core equipment of tire retread, it is mainly responsible for the waste tire body for all aspects of grinding,its grinding quality will directly affect the quality of the retread tire. In order to effectively realize the omni-directional, efficient and uniform grinding of waste tires, the structural design of omni-directional waste tire carcass grinder was carried out by using hydraulic transmission and UG software simulation technology, in which the innovation was realized at the tire clamping device, and the adjustment of tire size was realized by referring to the umbrella bone tension principle. Compared with the transmission grinding mechanism, the designed product can realize the omni-directional uniform grinding of the carcass, tread and shoulder, effectively improve the carcass grinding quality and grinding efficiency,greatly reduce the working intensity of workers, and provide a certain reference for the improvement of carcass grinding technology and equipment innovation of tire retreading enterprises.
