摘 要:基于轧制理论、流体力学理论、机械振动理论等基本理论知识,对板材跳动引起高速轧机振动原理进行了分析,提出了板材跳动是导致轧机振动的原因之一;采用三维建模方法进行抑制高速轧机振动装置的结构设计,实现非接触减小板材跳动目的,同时避免板材接触划伤;然后通过抑制高速轧机振动装置的振动测试实验获取高速轧机振动相关数据,在同一坐标系内分别绘制出安装抑制高速轧机振动装置前后的上工作辊垂振位移曲线和上支承辊垂振位移曲线,并通过曲线进行轧机振动数据对比分析,实验结果表明,该抑制高速轧机振动装置能够减小板材跳动,抑制高速轧机振动,从而提高板材质量。Based on the rolling theory, fluid mechanics theory, mechanical vibration theory and other basic theoretical knowledge, the vibration principle of high-speed rolling mill caused by plate runout was analyzed, and it was pointed out that plate runout was one of the causes of rolling mill vibration;the three-dimensional modeling method was used to design the structure of the vibration suppression device of high-speed rolling mill, so as to achieve the purpose of non-contact reduction of plate runout and avoid plate contact. Through the vibration test experiment of the vibration suppression device of high-speed rolling mill, the vibration related data of high-speed rolling mill were obtained, and the vertical vibration displacement curves of upper working roll and upper backup roll before and after the installation of the vibration suppression device of high-speed rolling mill were drawn in the same coordinate system, and the vibration data of rolling mill were compared and analyzed through the curves. The vibration device of high-speed rolling mill can reduce the plate runout and suppress the vibration of high-speed rolling mill, so as to improve the quality of plate.
