摘  要:随着电力系统不断发展,网架不断完善,主变的数量也随之增多,对主变接地中性点的运行监控要求也越来越高,单纯使用人工监控已经不再满足调度人员日常的工作要求,而开发主变中性点智能诊断监控模块可以有效提高调度人员的工作效率,也能减少调度人员在日常工作中的失误。为解决电力系统中某220 kV变电站可能出现无中性点接地问题,并且避免再次出现220 kV变电站无中性点接地运行,研究了如何利用调度自动化系统遥信功能对主变中性点地刀位置变化进行监视,并且对中性点地刀位置变化与该站正常方式需配置的中性点地刀数量进行比较,若出现异常变化时,则触发智能告警条件。调度员可及时发现并第一时间掌握电网设备接地系统情况,后续可及时跟进处理,确保该站的220 kV或110 kV供电片区不会出现无中性点接地,防止该片区电网在短路时出现无零序阻抗以及片区供电的相关问题。With the development of the power system and the improvement of the grid structure, the monitoring of transformers is more and more important. Therefore, the development of intelligent diagnosis and monitoring module for neutral point of main transformer can not only effectively improve the work efficiency of dispatchers, but also reduce the mistakes of dispatchers in the daily work. In order to solve the problem of lack of main transformer neutral point in 220 kV power system and avoid the lack of main transformer neutral point in 220 kV power system, using the remote signaling function of dispatching automation system to monitor the change of neutral point ground knife position of main transformer was studied, and the change of neutral point ground knife position with the number of neutral point ground knives to be configured in the normal mode of the station was compared. If there is abnormal change, the intelligent alarm condition will be triggered, so the dispatcher can find out and master the grounding system of power grid equipment in time, then deal with it in time to ensure that there will be no neutral point grounding in the 220 kV or 110 kV power supply area of the station, so that there will be no zero sequence impedance and power supply in the area.
