树脂浇注干式变压器新气候、环境、燃烧特性及要求分析

摘　　要：针对干式变压器新标准中的气候、环境和燃烧特性新规定进行了识别,并分析评估了新规定对应试验方法对变压器产品的影响和新要求。从产品设计、制造工艺和材料选择等3个方面分析了如何满足新特性要求并提出了相应的解决方案。根据分析结果及解决方案设计制造了一台标准中所规定最大可测容量的环氧树脂浇注干式变压器样机,并一次性通过了产品测试,结果表明所提出的分析结果和解决方案是正确有效的,可作为对气候和环境特性有更高要求变压器的设计和制造指导。The climatic,environmental and fire behavior characteristics in new version dry-type transformer standard were identified,the influences and requirements from the corresponding testing methods were evaluated respectively. Analysis from product design,manufacturing technology and material combination point of view was implemented,and relevant solutions were proposed accordingly. A unit of the maximum rating power cast-resin transformer according to the testing limit was designed and manufactured based on the analysis results and proposed measures,and passed the product test at one time. The testing results show that the analysis results and proposed solution measures are correct and effective,and can be used as guidelines to design and manufacture dry-type transformer with higher climatic,environmental and fire behavior classes.
