摘　　要：随着整车智能化及客户对整车操作便利性及舒适性要求的提升,手动切换燃油水加热与主副油箱切换,为客户增加了操作复杂性,操作不当还容易造成油路中断、油路残留高标号燃油被结蜡堵塞等问题。为了让客户更便利地使用燃油切换及燃油加热功能,本文提出一种自动切换装置,对燃油加热及主副油箱切换功能进行整合,并根据环境温度、油量、发动机状态控制主副燃油箱油路自动切换及主油箱水加热系统自动启闭。With the improvement of vehicle intelligence and customers'requirements for vehicle operation convenience and comfort,manual switch between fuel water heating and main and auxiliary fuel tanks increases the operation complexity for customers.Improper operation is also easy to cause oil circuit interruption,oil circuit residual high grade fuel blocked by wax.In order to make it more convenient for customers to use the fuel switching and fuel heating functions,this paper proposes an automatic switching device,which integrates the fuel heating and the switching functions of the main and auxiliary fuel tanks,and controls the automatic switching of the oil circuit of the main and auxiliary fuel tanks and the automatic opening and closing of the water heating system of the main tank according to the environmental temperature,oil quantity and engine state.
