摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的实施,龙胜县各有关部门高度重视龙脊辣椒产业的发展壮大,大力支持和全面指导农户种植,并联合科研院所、企业共同创建产业新模式,使龙脊辣椒生产及加工规模更大,品牌更强,农民的“钱袋子”更鼓起来。为加快龙脊辣椒产业的发展,使其在实现乡村振兴中发挥更大的作用,本文阐述分析了龙脊辣椒产业发展的现状及存在的突出问题,从选育推广新品种、集成应用新技术、提高产业化经营水平等方面入手,提出促进龙脊辣椒产业可持续发展的对策建议。With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the relevant departments of Longsheng County attach great importance to the development of Longji pepper industry。In order to make the production and processing scale of Longji pepper bigger,the brand stronger,and then the farmers'"money bag"become bulging,they vigorously support and comprehensively guide farmers to plant it,and combine with scientific research institutes and enterprises to create a new industrial model together.In order to speed up the development of Longji pepper industry and make it play a greater role in rural revitalization,this paper expounds and analyzes the present situation and outstanding problems of Longji pepper industry development,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of Longji pepper industry,from the breeding and popularizing new varieties,integrating and applying new technologies,and improving the level of industrialized operation.
