摘 要:以较为常见的4种淡水微藻(蛋白核小球藻、二形栅藻、铜绿微囊藻、平裂藻)为吸附剂,对比分析了不同培养时间及不同细胞状态下4种藻对水体中典型重金属铅(Pb^(2+))的吸附特性,并筛选出对Pb^(2+)具有较好吸附性能的合适藻种。结果表明:不同培养时间的4种藻对Pb^(2+)均具有快速吸附特性,在5~10 min内吸附效率即可达到最大值,并且均在培养至第3天时表现出了最好的吸附效果;其中蛋白核小球藻、二形栅藻和铜绿微囊藻对Pb^(2+)的吸附性能均表现为活藻细胞要优于灭活藻细胞,但平裂藻则相反;通过对比,二形栅藻及蛋白核小球藻2种绿藻表现出更好的Pb^(2+)吸附特性,更适于水体中Pb^(2+)的吸附与富集。Four common freshwater microalgae(Chlorella pyrenoidosa,Scenedesmus dimorphus,Microcystis aeruginosa and Merismopedia)were selected as adsorbents,and the adsorption characteristics of four algae species with different incubation times and different cell states to lead(Pb^(2+)),a typical heavy metal in water,were compared.Then the suitable algae species with better adsorption performance for Pb^(2+)was screened out.The results show that all the four algae species at different incubation times had rapid adsorption characteristics for Pb^(2+),and the adsorption efficiency reached the maximum in 5~10 min.And they all showed the best adsorption effect when they were cultivated to the third day.For C.pyrenoidosa,S.dimorphus and M.aeruginosa,the adsorption performance of live algae cells to Pb2+was better than that of inactivated algae cells.But for Merismopedia,that was opposite.By comparison,the two green algae S.dimorphus and C.pyrenoidosa exhibited better adsorption characteristics for Pb^(2+),and were more suitable for the adsorption and enrichment of Pb^(2+)in water.
