摘  要:甲胺是以液氨和甲醇为原料,在催化条件下通过加压精馏分离而制得不同结构系列产品,甲胺生产废水主要来源于精馏过程。甲胺生产废水中主要污染物为一甲胺、二甲胺、三甲胺、甲醇及氨氮等,其COD浓度较高,生物毒性较强,可生化性较差,难以直接生化处理。经探索研究,采用了"两级树脂吸附+水解酸化+UASB+A/O"组合工艺处理该股废水,实际运行结果表明,最终出水水质优于当地园区污水厂的纳管排放标准,该项目的整体投资及运行费用较低,并且可对其中的甲胺类有机物进行资源化回收。Methylamine is a series of products with different structures made by liquid ammonia and methanol as raw materials through pressure distillation and separation under catalytic conditions.The main source of methylamine production wastewater is the distillation process.The substances are monomethylamine,dimethylamine,trimethylamine,methanol and ammonia nitrogen,etc,always with high COD concentration,strong biological toxicity,poor biochemical ability,and difficult to directly biochemically treat.After exploratory research,the combined process of"two-stage resin adsorption+hydrolysis acidification+UASB+A/O"was used to treat the wastewater.Actual operation results show that the final effluent quality is much better than the discharge standard of the local wastewater treatment plant in the park.The overall investment and operating costs of the project are low,and the methylamine organics can be recycled.
