摘  要:根据内河航运船舶生活污水的特点,开发出一种处理船舶生活污水的A/O+MBR工艺的微型集成装置。采用空气泵作为该装置的好氧曝气和冲刷MBR膜组件的动力源,采用粉碎泵粉碎原水中大颗粒物质,通过定制的微型MBR膜组件截留好氧MBR膜区的污泥,实现泥水分离。运行结果表明:该装置对小型船舶生活污水具有很好的处理效果,在4个多月的连续运行中,出水中ρ(COD)<60 mg/L,ρ(NH_(3)-N)<5 mg/L,ρ(TN)<20 mg/L,均稳定达到国际海协环保会IMO MEPC.159(55)决议和GB 3552—2018《船舶水污染物排放控制标准》的排放要求,但运行约2个月后,出水中TP质量浓度逐渐升高,需人工排泥实现出水TP质量浓度稳定达标。According to the characteristics of domestic sewage from inland ship,a micro-integrated equipment of A/O+MBR process for the treatment of ship domestic sewage was developed.The air pump is used as the power source for aeration and scouring the MBR membrane module.The crushing pump is used to pulverize the large particulate matter in the raw water.The sludge in the aerobic MBR membrane area is intercepted by the customized micro MBR membrane module to separate sludge and water.The operation results show that the equipment has a good treatment effect on the domestic sewage from small ship.During the continuous operation of more than 4 months,the effluentρ(COD)<60 mg/L,ρ(NH_(3)-N)<5 mg/L andρ(TN)<20 mg/L,all stably meet the discharge requirements of IMO MEPC.159(55)resolution and GB 3552—2018,but after running about 2 months,the mass concentration of TP in the effluent gradually increases,and need to discharge sludge manually to achieve effluent TP compliance stably.
