咸阳市在校大学生卫生应急素养认知水平及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解咸阳市在校大学生卫生应急素养认知水平及其影响因素,为开展宣传教育提供参考。方法采用整群抽样法选择咸阳市3所本科院校2 600名学生为研究对象,调查其卫生应急素养条目认知水平,并进行统计分析。结果咸阳市在校大学生卫生应急素养认知水平较高比例为30.76%,农村学生总体评分以及卫生应急基本知识和行为、传染病疫情认知水平均显著高于城市学生(Z=2.185、2.191、2.164,P均<0.05),不同性别间医学救援以及不同生源地、学生干部间中毒与核和辐射认知水平差异有统计学意义(Z=2.576、3.318、2.573,P均<0.05)。卫生应急素养各条目认知水平中传染病个人防护最高(88.50%),应急准备最低(55.54%)。层次聚类将各条目分为6个部分,雷达图为积极发展型,但应急准备、疫情报告方面较差。结论咸阳市在校大学生卫生应急素养水平一般,需强化卫生应急基本知识和行为宣传教育,增强在校大学生应急准备意识。Objective To know the cognition level of health emergency literacy and its influencing factors among college students in Xianyang, and provide reference for publicity and education. Methods 2 600 students from three undergraduate colleges and universities in Xianyang were selected using cluster sampling method, the cognition level of health emergency literacy items were investigated and analyzed. Results The awareness level of health emergency literacy of college students in Xianyang was 30.76%. The overall scores, basic knowledge and behaviors of health emergency, infectious disease epidemics among rural students were significantly higher than those of urban students(Z=2.185,2.191,2.164,P<0.05), there were statistically significant differences in medical rescue between different genders, and poisoning, nuclear and radiation among students from different places and student cadres(Z=2.576,3.318,2.573,P<0.05). Among health emergency literacy items, personal protection against infectious diseases was the highest(88.50%), while emergency preparedness was the lowest(55.54%). The items were divided into six parts according to hierarchical clustering, and the radar chart was positive development type, but the emergency preparedness and epidemic reporting were poor. Conclusions The health emergency literacy level of college students in Xianyang is average, so it is necessary to carry out targeted publicity and education for weak items and key groups.
