卵孢金孢藻(Chrysosporum ovalisporum)—北方池塘蓝藻新记录种及水华爆发的生境特点

摘　　要：2019年8月,在河南省安阳市易园太极湖(113°38'47.72"E,34°46'48.04"N)砂石底质的地下水源、主养锦鲤(Cyprinus carpio)、混养鲫(Carassius auratus)和■条(Hemiculter leucisclus)的池塘中,发现我国北方养殖池塘中未报道的蓝藻种类-卵孢金孢藻(Chrysosporum ovalisporum)。通过分析该藻类池塘的水体理化性质和藻类的种类组成、丰度,结果表明该池塘水体处于富营养化状态,卵孢金孢藻的丰度为193.37×10^(5)个/L,生物量为54.17×10^(3)μg/L,并讨论了卵孢金孢藻爆发水华的成因及其防控。A new species Chrysosporum ovalisporum of cyanobacteria is recorded and described in a sandy bottom and gravel groundwater polyculture ponds of koi(Cyprinus carpio)with crucian carp Carassius auratus and Hemiculter leucisclus in Taiji Lake(113°38'47.72''E,34°46'48.04''N)in Yiyuan,Anyang City,Henan Province in August 2019.The physical and chemical properties,species composition and abundance of the algae were analyzed in the water of the ponds.The water body of the ponds was found to be in eutrophication state,with C.ovalisporum abundance of 193.37×10^(5) cells/L,and the biomass of 54.17×10^(3)μg/L.The causes and prevention and control of the bloom of C.ovalisporum were discussed.
