摘  要:水体溶解氧(DO)是虾类获得氧气的主要来源和赖以生存的前提条件,在虾类的生长、发育和代谢中发挥重要的作用。常因温度、水深、气压和有机物含量等因素,致使水体DO含量低于正常水平,引起虾类应激而发生逃避反应,抑制虾类的生长发育,导致虾类蜕皮频率降低、生长缓慢、免疫功能下降,严重时虾体死亡,给虾类养殖业带来巨大的经济损失。虾类在低氧环境下会出现一系列的行为和生理变化,而这些变化是在长期进化过程中形成的一种自我保护机制。本文通过综述低氧对虾类的行为、生长、生理、组织结构的影响以及部分低氧相关基因的研究进展,旨在为进一步研究低氧对虾类的影响提供新的思路和参考。Dissolved oxygen(DO)in water as a major source of oxygen and for the prerequisite for shrimp survival plays an important role in the growth,development and metabolism of shrimp.Hypoxia in water due to temperature,climate,density,water depth,atmospheric pressure,and quantity of organics leads to stress and to response of shrimp including reduce in the frequency of molts and growth,metabolic changes and suppression of immune function.Severe hypoxia cases cause shrimp necrosis in tissues,even massive death leading to huge economic losses to shrimp industry.There can be a series of behavioral and physiological changes in shrimp under hypoxic stress which are self-protection mechanism formed during long-term evolution.To understand the effect of hypoxia on shrimp,the effect of hypoxia on behavior,growth,physiological activities,organization structure and some genes of shrimp in hypoxia are reviewed to provide new ideas and references for further investigation of the effect of hypoxia on shrimp.
