摘　　要：目的:探讨血清免疫因子检测在获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者中的应用价值。方法:选择2016年12月-2019年2月在本院诊治的AIDS患者60例为AIDS组,选同期健康体检者100例为对照组。所有入选者均给予血清免疫因子指标检测,分析AIDS患者上述指标之间的相关性,并分析AIDS发生的影响因素。结果:AIDS组血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在60例AIDS患者中,Pearson分析显示血清PCT、CRP、IL-6、IL-8、MMP-9之间均呈正相关性(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归显示,血清PCT、CRP、MMP-9为AIDS发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:血清PCT、MMP-9、IL-6、IL-8、CRP在AIDS患者中均呈现高表达,其中PCT、CRP、MMP-9表达水平更能用于判断AIDS患者的发病情况。Objective:To investigate the application value of serum immune factor detection in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).Method:A total of 60 AIDS patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the AIDS group,and 100 cases of healthy physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.All the selected patients were tested for serum immune factors,and the correlation between the above indicators and the influencing factors of AIDS was analyzed.Result:The serum levels of procalcitonin (PCT),C-reactive protein (CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-8 (IL-8) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in AIDS group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed positive correlation between PCT,CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and MMP-9 in 60 patients with AIDS (P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression showed that serum PCT,CRP and MMP-9 were risk factors affecting the development of AIDS (P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum PCT,MMP-9,IL-6,IL-8 and CRP are all highly expressed in AIDS patients,among which the expression levels of PCT,CRP and MMP-9 are more suitable for judging the onset of AIDS patients.
