摘  要:以东周窑煤矿8205工作面回风巷为研究对象,采用理论计算、数值模拟和现场实测相结合的研究方法分析了特厚煤层综放开采沿空掘巷煤柱宽度的合理尺寸。研究表明:理论分析知煤柱宽度在6.9 m以下可确保8205工作面回风巷处于应力降低区,有利于巷道围岩的稳定;数值模拟分析知煤柱宽度达到6 m以上时,巷道在掘进、回采期间围岩变形量不再随煤柱宽度增大明显降低,因此最终确定使用6 m煤柱;现场观测表明,留设6 m煤柱,8205回风巷道在掘进期间最大两帮移近量为65 mm,最大顶底板移近量为57 mm,钻孔窥视仪观测结果显示,煤柱0~1.5 m内煤体较破碎、裂隙较发育,1.5~2.5 m内煤体裂隙发育程度降低,2.5~4.5 m内煤柱整体较完整,4.5~6.0 m内煤体破碎,煤柱整体处于弹性状态,可以有效支撑顶板,控制围岩变形。Taking the 8205 air return tunnel of Dongzhouyao coal mine as the research object,using theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and field measurement to analyze the reasonable setting of coal pillar width for roadway driving along goaf under the condition of fully mechanized caving in thick coal.Theoretical analysis shows that the width of coal pillar below 6.9 m can ensure that the return air roadway of 8205 working face is in the stress reduction zone,which is conducive to the stability of surrounding rock.The numerical simulation results show that when the broad band of coal pillar reaches above 6 m,the surrounding rock deformation will no longer significantly decrease with the increase of width of coal pillar during roadway tunneling and mining.Therefore,6 m coal pillar is finally determined to be used.Field observation shows that,with 6 m coal pillars remaining,during the period of 8205 return air roadway drivage,the maximum moving amount of the two sides is 65 mm and the maximum moving amount of the roof and floor is 57 mm.The borehole peerometer show that within the range of 0-1.5 m,the coal body is more fractured,the development degree of coal body fracture is reduced within the range of 1.5-2.5 m,the coal body is relatively complete within the range of 2.5-4.5 m,and the coal body is broken within the range of 4.5-6.0 m,the coal pillar is in the overall elastic state,which can effectively support the roof and control the deformation of surrounding rock.
