摘　　要：针对煤层倾角≥55°、厚度≥2.8 m复杂条件下的液压挖掘机机械化开切眼掘进工艺,实现由传统钻爆法开切眼向机械破煤台阶施工法转变,形成挖掘机"破煤"、挖斗"装煤",下煤通道"运煤"等系列先进成套工艺流程,构建了急倾斜煤层切眼全断面强力支护体系,保障了倾斜煤层开切眼一次成巷稳定性,研发了急倾斜开切眼下煤通道堵塞处理装备并联合双下煤通道,突破了急倾斜煤层下煤运煤技术瓶颈,建立了急倾斜中厚煤层开切眼掘进防推底方法,解决了煤层厚度不稳定情况下底板推底难题。Aiming at the hydraulic excavator′ s mechanized open-cut tunneling technology under the complicated conditions of coal seam inclination ≥55° and thickness ≥2.8 m,it has realized the transformation from the traditional drilling and blasting method to the mechanical coal-breaking step construction method,forming the "coal breaking" of the excavator,the digging bucket "loading coal",the lower coal channel "coal transport" and other series of advanced complete sets of technological processes,construct a full-face strong support system for the incline coal seam′s open cut to ensure the stability of the first cut of the incline coal seam.The coal channel blockage treatment equipment under the sharply inclined open-off cut and combined with the double-lower coal channel have broken through the technical bottleneck of coal transportation under the steeply inclined coal seam,and established the method of open-off-cutting and bottom push prevention in the steeply inclined medium-thick coal seam,which solved the thickness of the coal seam.It is difficult to push the bottom plate under unstable conditions.
