摘　　要：分析了现帷幕注浆灭火工艺的局限性,基于气体和温度多元信息,对原工艺的钻孔布置、注浆方式、注浆材料和即时检验手段方面改进,形成火区中心降温、火区周围隔离改变漏风方向的帷幕注浆改进工艺,应用于某煤矿1-2煤层房采区火区治理,火区温度控制在12℃~18℃,CO浓度和O_(2)浓度分别稳定在0.001%和10%以下,为类似浅埋深火区治理提供借鉴经验。Analysed the limitations of curtain grouting fire extinguished technology,based on multi-information of gas and temperature,adopted static pressure grouting method,improved the original technology in the aspects of drilling layout,grouting mode,grouting materials and immediate inspection means,formed curtain grouting improvement technology of cooling in the center of the fire area,isolating and changing the direction of air leakage around the fire area.It is applicated to the fire control of 1-2 coal seam room mining area in a coal mine,the temperature in the fire area is stabled at 12 ℃ to 18 ℃,the concentrations of CO and O_(2) are respectively stabled under 0.001% and 10%,provided reference for similar shallow buried fire control.
