摘 要:为验证顶板高位定向钻孔工艺在新集矿区实现"以孔代巷"的可行性,采用高位定向钻孔工艺在新集矿区试验施工了3个钻场,共计15个φ156 mm的定向钻孔。在试验施工过程中不同程度地出现塌孔、缩径等钻进难题,针对这些钻进难题采用了活动钻具洗孔、开分支孔工艺、复合钻进工艺以及分级扩孔钻进工艺等有效解决了试验过程中遇到的钻进难题。在工作面回采期间,2^(#)钻场钻孔平均抽采纯量9.32 m^(3)/min,3^(#)钻场钻孔平均抽采纯量4.24 m^(3)/min,有效解决上隅角瓦斯超限的问题,证明顶板高位定向钻孔能取得代替高抽巷的目的。In order to verify the feasibility of the high level directional drilling technology in Xinji mining area,to realize the "borehole in place of roadway",the high level directional drilling technology was adopted to construct three drilling fields in Xinji mining area,with a total of 15 φ156 mm directional drilling.The drilling problems such as hole collapse and shrinkage occurred in different degrees in the process of test and construction.In view of these drilling problems,the drilling problems encountered in the test process were effectively solved by using the drilling technology such as active drilling tool hole cleaning,branching hole opening,composite drilling technology and graded hole expanding.During stoping on the working face,the average extraction purity of drilling hole in drilling field No.2 and drilling hole in drilling field No.3 is 9.32 m^(3)/min and 4.24 m^(3)/min,effectively solving the problem of gas exceeding the upper corner limit,proving that the high level directional drilling can replace the roadway.
