摘  要:煤与瓦斯突出事故多发生于地质构造区域,特别是当掘进工作面过断层揭煤时更为多发。以五轮山矿为工程背景,把区域防突措施与局部防突措施相结合,通过综合防突措施,对附近区域的煤层进行了消突治理。以煤层残余瓦斯含量W和残余瓦斯压力P作为区域检验指标,以钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K_(1)值、钻屑量S为局部检验指标,对防突效果进行了考察。结果表明:通过高抽巷穿层抽采、工作面顺层抽采、迎头浅孔抽采以及水力割缝的综合防突技术,增大了钻孔瓦斯抽采效果并极大地降低了K_(1)值,保证了1811运输巷过F_(151)正断层揭8煤期间的安全与快速掘进,为类似工作面的揭煤提供了技术参考。Coal and gas outburst accidents often occur in the geological structure area,especially when the heading face cross the fault to expose coal.Based on the engineering background of Wulunshan mine,combines regional outburst prevention measures with local outburst prevention measures,and carries out outburst elimination treatment through comprehensive outburst prevention measures.The coal seam residual gas content W and residual gas pressure P are taken as the regional inspection indexes,and the drill cuttings gas desorption index K_(1) is taken as the local inspection indexes to investigate the outburst prevention effect.The results show that:through the high-drainage roadway drainage,bedding drainage,head-on shallow hole drainage and hydraulic slitting technology,the gas drainage effect of the borehole is increased and the K_(1) value is greatly reduced,ensuring 1811 the safe and fast excavation during the period of uncovering the 8 th coal of the transportation lane passing the F_(151) normal fault provides a technical reference for uncovering the coal of similar working faces.
