摘　　要：学习宣传党的十九届五中全会精神,是当前和今后一个时期各级团校的重要政治任务。"十四五"规划建议蕴含着辩证思维和系统观念,团校的专题教学必须讲清讲透其中所蕴含的"前与后""远与近""内与外""党与政""理论与实践""梦想与现实""经济与社会""发展与安全""目标与举措""学习与落实"十个重要关系,以帮助团干部更好地把握全会精神的整体脉络和精髓要义,从而更好地在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中组织动员广大团员青年建功立业。Studying and publicizing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee is an important political task for the Youth League schools at all levels at present and in the future."Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"Proposal contains dialectical thinking and systematic ideas.The special topic teaching of the Youth League School must explain clearly and thoroughly the ten important relations contained in it:"Before and after","far and near","inside and outside","party and government","theory and practice","dream and reality","economy and society","development and safety","goal and measure","study and implementation",in order to help the League cadres better grasp the overall context and essence of the spirit of the plenary session and better organize and mobilize the majority of League members and youth in the new journey of the comprehensive construction of socialist modernization of the country to make achievements.
