摘　　要：城市青年数据中心要立足青年工作,实现以下两大功能:科学衡量青年发展水平、评估团青工作实效;系统支撑青年工作决策、创新青年工作范式。城市青年数据中心的建设要充分考虑数据资源、数据安全等因素,从多角度做好数据管理。针对数据孤岛、数字鸿沟、数字治理等难点重点问题,城市青年数据中心可以通过搭建数据中心一体化数字底座、提升青少年数字素养以及采用数据驱动的协同治理,为青年工作数字化转型提供智慧解决方案。An urban youth data center should be based on youth work to achieve the following two functions: one is to measure youth development level more scientifically and evaluate the work of the Communist Youth League more effectively;the other is to make youth work decision-making more systematic and innovate the youth governance paradigm. The construction of urban youth data center should fully consider data resources, data security and other factors, and do a good job in data management from multiple dimensions. As for some key problems and difficulties such as data islands, digital divide, digital governance etc, the urban youth data center can provide intelligent solutions for the digital transformation of youth work by building an integrated digital base of the data center, improving teenagers’ digital literacy and adopting data-driven collaborative governance.
