基于JACK软件的装载机驾驶室人机仿真分析研究

摘　　要：为研究装载机方向盘手柄球放置位置对驾驶员关节、背部、腰部受力程度的影响,对方向盘手柄球的位置进行人机工程学仿真分析。以人机工程仿真分析软件JA C K为分析工具,建立符合中国成年男性身体尺寸模型相关任务的动作模型,在此基础上进行虚拟仿真,对人机匹配性、驾驶员不同姿势下的舒适度进行分析。分别针对方向盘手柄球在9点钟方向、3点钟方向、12点钟方向和6点钟方向等位置,对驾驶员开展快速上肢分析、下背部分析、单双关节舒适度分析及工作姿势分析比较,研究结果表明将方向盘手柄球设置在9点钟方向时,驾驶员的舒适度最好。To study the influence of the position of the loader steering wheel handle ball on the stress of the driver’s joints,back and waist,the ergonomic simulation analysis of the position of the steering wheel handle ball is carried out.The ergonomic simulation analysis software JACK is used as the analysis tool to establish an action model in line with the tasks related to the Chinese adult male body size model.On this basis,the virtual simulation is carried out to analyze the man-machine compatibility and the driver’s comfort under different postures.Rapid upper limb analysis,lower back analysis,single and double joint comfort analysis and working posture analysis for the position of the steering wheel handle ball at 9 o’clock,3 o’clock,12 o’clock and 6 o’clock are carried out respectively.The research results show that,when the steering wheel handle ball is set at 9 o’clock,the driver’s comfort is the best.
