摘 要:某品牌8 t挖掘机回转平台主梁出现裂纹,针对该故障情况进行原因分析与载荷计算,对平台的中间主要部分建立有限元分析模型,进行静力学分析与优化设计。平台主梁的设计参数经过修改后,裂纹出现处强度得以增强而成本增加极小,投入使用后的5年多来,未出现过此类开裂现象。所述的挖掘机平台主梁开裂问题为某挖掘机生产厂家真实案例,对于同类结构故障的解决具有参考意义。Cracks appear on the main beam of the slewing platform of an 8 t excavator of a brand.In view of this fault,the cause analysis and load calculation are carried out,and the finite element analysis model is established for the main middle part of the platform to perform statics analysis and optimization design.After modifying the design parameters of the main beam of the platform,the strength of the place where cracks appear is enhanced and the cost increase is minimal.In more than 5 years after putting it into service,there has been no such cracking phenomenon.The cracking problem of the main beam of the excavator platform is a real case of an excavator manufacturer,which has reference significance for the solution of similar structural faults.
