摘 要:针对某汽轮发电机组轴承振动大以及运行经济性差的问题,综合运用高调阀阀序优化、配汽优化以及滑压优化等方法进行处理。通过阀序优化调整使2#轴承振动最大值从150~170μm下降至50~60μm,1#轴承振动最大值从90~100μm下降至30~40μm。配汽优化后机组调节特性明显改善,顺序阀整体流量特性中,等效主汽流量反馈与理想值的差距从15.20%下降至1%以内,在顺序阀切换过程中机组负荷和阀门变化平稳。滑压优化试验后机组性能得到大步提升。优化调整后提高了机组的安全性和经济性,对同类型问题的处理具有广泛借鉴意义。Aiming at the problems of large bearing vibration and poor operation economy of a steam turbine generator set,the methods of valve sequence optimization,steam distribution optimization and sliding pressure optimization are comprehensively used to deal with them.Through valve sequence optimization and adjustment,the maximum vibration value of 2#bearing is from 150~170μm to 50~60μm.The maximum vibration value of 1#bearing ranges from 90~100μm to 30~40μm.After the optimization of steam distribution,the governing characteristics of the unit are obviously improved.In the overall flow characteristics of sequence valve,the difference between the equivalent main steam flow feedback and the ideal value is reduced from 15.20%to less than 1%,and the unit load and valve change smoothly during the switching process of sequence valve.After the sliding pressure optimization test,the unit performance has been greatly improved.The method used in this paper improves the safety and economy of the unit,and has extensive reference significance for the treatment of the same type of problems.
