摘 要:利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、差热分析(DSC)、门尼粘度及拉伸力学性能测试研究了不同抗氧剂对炭黑填充体系集成橡胶(SIBR)分子结构、防老化效果以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,SIBR老化过程前期以降解反应为主,老化后期以交联反应为主。SIBR生胶氧化诱导温度测试结果与红外光谱测试结果相一致,添加抗氧剂A的胶样氧化诱导期最长,表明抗氧剂A具有最优异的防老化效果。炭黑填充SIBR硫化胶拉伸力学性能表明当抗氧剂的添加份数增加时,抗氧剂的防老化效果也随之提高。The effects of different antioxidants on the molecular structure,anti-aging effect and mechanical properties of carbon black filled SIBR were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),Mooney viscosity and tensile test.The results showed that the aging process of SIBR was degradation reaction in the early stage and crosslinking reaction in the later.The results of oxidation induction temperature of SIBR raw rubber were consistent with that of infrared spectrum and the raw rubber with antioxidant A had the longest oxidation induction period,which indicated that antioxidant A had the best anti-aging effect.The tensile mechanical properties of SIBR vulcanizate filled with carbon black showed that the anti-aging effect of antioxidant was improved with the increase of carbon black content.
