摘 要:目的建立乌甘茶及其饮片与标准汤剂的HPLC特征图谱,并进行相关性分析。方法通过HPLC法标记15批饮片、标准汤剂、乌甘茶特征图谱的共有峰,指认测定特征峰,测定含量并计算转移率。结果 15批饮片中枸橼酸、绿原酸、甘草苷、桔梗皂苷D、甘草酸的平均含量分别为223.238、0.778、5.558、9.543、36.481 mg·g^(-1);标准汤剂中5种指标成分的平均含量分别为169.841、0.551、3.655、4.091、19.727 mg·g^(-1);乌甘茶中5种成分的平均含量分别为133.668、0.449、2.662、2.571、13.959 mg·g^(-1)。15批饮片、标准汤剂和乌甘茶的指纹图谱均呈现5个共有特征峰,3者对照指纹图谱的相似度为0.90。结论所用方法重复性好,可有效鉴定及控制乌甘茶的质量。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC characteristic fingerprint spectrum of Wugan tea and its decoction pieces and standard decoction for correlation analysis.METHODS HPLC method was used to mark the common peaks in the fingerprint spectrum of 15 batches of decoction pieces, standard decoction and Wugan tea, the characteristic peaks were identified, and the content and calculate the transfer rate were determined.RESULTS The average mass fraction of citrate, chlorogenic acid, glycyrrhizin, platycodon saponin D and glycyrrhizin in 15 batches of decoction pieces was 223.238,0.778,5.558,9.543 and 36.481 mg·g^(-1),respectively.The average mass score of the five components in the standard decoction was 169.841,0.551,3.655,4.091 and 19.727 mg·g^(-1),respectively.The average mass score of these five components in Wugan tea was 133.668,0.449,2.662,2.571 and 13.959 mg·g^(-1),respectively.The fingerprint spectrum of 15 batches of decoction pieces, standard decoction and Wugan tea all showed 5 common characteristic peaks, and the similarity of the fingerprints of the three groups was 0.90.CONCLUSION The method used is reproducible and it can effectively identify and control the quality of Wugan tea.
